Our story began way back in 1999 when some Bible based Discipleship trainings were held by Dr. Alias in his assignment to Zanzibar in 1999 with just 12 students and hardly 5 of the students completed the course. Then in 2001 two Bible Schools were held, one in Sharjah and another in Abu Dhabi to focus on reaching the unreached and training the untrained. This led TAMI, founded by Pastor Anison K. Samuel and Dr. Alias Jacob supported by Pastor Prathibha Rao, to pioneer church planting in the year 2003 through ‘Africa On Fire for Jesus’ a focused training and discipleship program in Zanzibar. Africa was truly set on fire as God enabled TAMI to plant over 254 churches in 15 countries in Africa.
We stand as pillars to raise a generation of believers who are trained, focused, passionate and transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit, to believe the truth of the Word of God, and establish God’s Kingdom here on earth.
