Our changing world demands a new generation of servant-leaders who are ready to follow Jesus in selfless service. Jesus told his disciples, “… whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all. For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many” (Mark 10:43-45).

Course Description

A Comprehensive Three-Year Program for Ministry Leadership and Missions

The Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) is a comprehensive, three-year program designed to train and equip Christian leaders for long-term service in pastoral ministry, church planting, and global missions. The program requires the completion of 90 credits (30 courses × 3 credits each), with each course delivered over a five-week period.

Courses are offered in English  . Classes are conducted online, with two live sessions per week, fostering an interactive and supportive learning environment.

This program nurtures a solid biblical foundation, builds doctrinal clarity, and cultivates spiritual maturity through academic study, experiential learning, and practical field ministry. It is especially suited for those called to full-time ministry, particularly in rural, under-reached, or pioneering mission fields.

Graduates will emerge as fully equipped Christian leaders prepared for lifelong service in pastoral ministry, church planting, and global missions. They will possess a solid biblical foundation, demonstrate doctrinal clarity, and exhibit spiritual maturity gained through rigorous academic study, hands-on experiential learning, and practical field ministry experience—especially prepared to excel in rural, under-reached, and pioneering mission contexts.

Assessment

Overall workload Grading Structure and Methodology

Each 3 credit course requires 40 hours of scheduled study PLUS 80 hours of independent study.

** Scheduled hours typically include live, online class sessions, seminars, or workshops.

Coursework 50%

Examinations 50%

Practical ( if applicable )

Coursework typically includes written assignments, research projects, and presentations.

Examinations: Students will have online exams using the  Learning Management System (LMS). The exams will consist of objective questions that are graded automatically.

Entry Requirements Special Provision

Admission to Apostolic Bible College programs is open to individuals who have experienced a genuine conversion to Christ, demonstrate a growing relationship with God, and show a clear call to serve His Church and mission field. Admission is granted based on spiritual maturity, academic readiness, and pastoral affirmation.

Applicants must:

  • Have a clear testimony of salvation and evidence of a maturing walk with the Lord
  • Provide a pastoral reference supporting their ministry calling and readiness
  • Be 18 years or older with a completed Higher Secondary School certificate (12th grade or equivalent)
  • Demonstrate English proficiency suitable for theological reading, academic writing, and active classroom participation
  • Own a reliable computer with internet access

Advanced Standing

Applicants with relevant theological education may apply for admission into the second or third year by submitting transcripts for evaluation. Advanced standing is granted based on the equivalency of previous coursework.

 

Mature Candidacy Provision

Candidates without formal educational qualifications may be considered under the Mature Entry Pathway if they meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 30 years
  • A consistent Christian life with a clear sense of divine calling to ministry
  • Proven ministry involvement for at least 3 years
  • A reasonable level of English comprehension and communication
  • A recommendation from a pastor or ministry leader
